Summerlin Cypress, LLC presents New Senior Independent Living Complex

Summerlin Asset Management has seen the need for newer, more modern, independent living communities for active seniors age 55+. There are many baby boomers and empty nesters who are looking to gain flexibility, community, and luxury. We are home to those who have never entertained the thought of “senior” housing and the refreshingly new alternative to those that have settled for traditional “senior” housing.

We are creating a community in Cypress, Texas that will be the home base for active seniors who are making a move to be closer to their kids and grand-kids. It will be for those adults who are tired of their aging single family home with empty bedrooms and all the maintenance that comes with it. It will be home the widowed and lonely. It will be home for active seniors who are tired of conventional multi-family that is devoid of community and lacking in amenities/activities geared toward their respective interests.

Summerlin is dedicating ourselves to designing spaces that facilitate these community activities. All of the staff will play an integral part of making prospective residents feel welcomed, and current residents feel valued and empowered through a variety of activities.
